Our highly visible location at the Wembley Mall in Parksville has lots of free parking and is an easy place for buyers to find and come in for their Real Estate information. WHAT WE DO

Strata Management is another extra offered to our clients and any strata corporations that require professional management services. The Kerr Group of RE/MAX First is made up of three licensed Strata Managers who are the experts in their field and have an in depth knowledge of the Strata Property Act. They provide a wide range of expertise and are a exceptional resource to the REALTORS of RE/MAX First.

As well as the strong Real Estate presence that RE/MAX First Realty has in this area, we are also totally committed to our local community. Involvement includes having floats in the Canada Day and Christmas parades, holding a Yard Sale For The Cure to support Breast Cancer research, sponsoring scholarships at each of the local high schools ad loaning our RE/MAX tents out to many community functions. We are also a Miracle Office which means that a portion of the commissions from each and every sale that is done by a Realtor in our office is donated to the Children’s Miracle Network for the BC Children’s Hospital along with the proceeds from an annual CMN fundraiser.
