Currently in our office we have 3 Licenced Strata Managers, 1 Licenced Property Manager and an administrataive assistant/bookeeper.  With this team we are able to quickly and professionally handle all issues facing Strata Corporations and it's Owners.

Bill and Mary created the Strata Management division of RE/MAX First Realty in 2006 after successfully creating the property management division.

Mary started the Property Management division of RE/MAX First Realty in 2004; while working as a Property Manager Mary was asked if she would start Strata Management.  She saw the need for a dynamic customer service driven Strata Management company for the Oceanside area and decided to leave Property Management, she and Bill then started The Kerr Group Strata Management. The company started as Property Management did with 1 customer; having a small company feel yet offering everything a large Strata Management company can has assisted in growing the company to over 21 Strata Corporations.

Bill and Mary have always been very aware of the level of customer service they provide and have only added strata's by first asking the question "Can We Still Deliver The Highest Customer Service to All Our Strata's if we Take on Another". The answer has always been YES. For this reason the company has grown to the size that it is and has done so through word of mouth alone.

Bill and Mary are very excited to announce that Terry (their son) and Heather (their Daughter-in-law) are joining the business.

Bill and Mary take great pride in the business they started, they both look forward in continuing the relationship they have made with many of the owners and look forward in starting new relationships.

Terry and Heather Kerr along with their two girls Taylor and Sydney have made the move from Calgary, Alberta to Parksville BC to join Bill and Mary to strengthen and grow their Property Management Business.

Terry leaves behind a successful career as an Operations Manager and Human Relations Manager for one of Southern Alberta's largest glass and shelving supply companies. Terry brings with him a strong knowledge of the construction industry from being a timber framer and a stick built framer. He also has a very strong management background which is complemented by his education in Business Administration from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. He has most recently become a licenced Strata Manager in the province of BC.

Heather leaves behind her extended family. Both her parents and grandparents were sad to see her and the grandchildren move to BC. Heather and the girls have quickly adapted to life on Vancouver island, one would say "it's like they have been here all their lives".

Heather has been a stay at home mother for 6 years; the toughest job of all! This has strengthened her skills in organization and time management. Before being a mother Heather was a Customer Service Representative and Office Manager for a Credit Union in Calgary. She also has a diploma in Business Administration from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and looks forward to assisting the business.
